EFFN SYSTEMS is a service of EFFN CO. LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Jensen Beach, Florida. We build and install custom lead-management systems for online businesses.

This policy describes what happens to information collected through effnsystems.com — including the business inquiry (quiz) flow — and through the email, text, and scheduling communications that follow an inquiry.

Information you provide directly. When you submit the inquiry form we collect the information you enter: your first name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the business intake questions. If you later correspond with us by email or text, those messages are logged in our system.

Information collected automatically. When you submit the form, our server records your browser's user-agent string and a shortened, one-way-hashed form of your IP address, used for security and abuse prevention. If you become a client and electronically sign a service document, the signature record stores your IP address and a timestamp as evidence of signing.

What we do not collect. This site has no user accounts and collects no passwords, and no payment information is collected through this site.

• To send you the system breakdown you requested when you submitted the inquiry
• To follow up on your inquiry personally, by email, text, or phone
• To send a scheduled sequence of follow-up emails about your inquiry, each of which contains an unsubscribe link
• To schedule calls you choose to book
• To operate our own dashboard: counting leads, messages, replies, and booked calls in aggregate
• To deliver contracted services if you become a client

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else.

Some of the messages this system sends are drafted with the help of an AI language model (Anthropic's Claude, via API). To generate a draft, your inquiry responses and the content of the conversation thread may be processed by that provider. Drafting rules are set and controlled by the owner of this business, who can read and take over any conversation at any time.

API data of this kind is processed to generate the message and is not used by Anthropic to train its models under the commercial terms we operate on.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run this system, and only as needed to run it:

If we run advertising campaigns, advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) may receive standard ad-attribution signals through their pixels as described in the Cookies section below.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of EFFN CO. LLC or others.

Providing your phone number on the inquiry form lets us follow up with you personally about your inquiry. Recurring text messages are sent only if you separately check the SMS consent box, and every recurring program message honors STOP (opt out) and HELP (assistance). Inquiry records and message logs are retained while your inquiry or client relationship is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business records or legal requirements.

You can request deletion of your records at any time by emailing hello@effnsystems.com, and we will remove your inquiry data from our systems within 30 days of a verified request, except where a record must be kept by law (for example, signed agreements).

This site is intentionally light on tracking. The inquiry flow uses your browser's session storage to carry your quiz answers to the results page; it is not used to track you across sites and expires with your browser session.

When we run advertising campaigns, advertising pixels (such as the Meta pixel, Google tag, or LinkedIn insight tag) may set cookies or similar identifiers for ad attribution. You can limit ad personalization through your platform settings, such as Google's Ad Settings or Meta's Ad Preferences.

• Email: every marketing email we send contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops the sequence immediately.
• Text: reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately and permanently.
• Access, correction, deletion: email hello@effnsystems.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We honor applicable data-protection rights under U.S. state privacy laws for residents of states that provide them.
